Came here around 5pm on a Saturday and it was just me and I was sat in the bar, which was all good with me. My server greeted me with the best energy and biggest smile, it was so cool. And what I needed. She was mindful as I took some time to decide what I wanted to order. Let me tell you... I know I went to a BBQ place for lunch and I don't particularly like BBQ, so I decided on the Asian Chicken salad. WOW. It was sooooooo good. Just what I wanted. My one negative was my peppy girl disappeared and while I understand new tables require attention, I watched her walk past my table multiple times without eye contact to see if I needed anything. It's a stretch I know in terms of overall service but believe, at times, dining alone takes courage and solo tables deserve full attention even if it won't make you as much money as a bigger table.

Wood Ranch is a chain in SoCal known for their amazing tri-tip and garlic rolls (IYKYK) Service was great at my most recent dinner. Though it was surprisingly busy for a Friday evening even at 8pm. Food took longer than expected. I wish they expanded to NorCal. Until then we usually try to dine at any Wood Ranch during our trip to SoCal and even buy dozens of garlic rolls to take home.

Wood Ranch is our family's favorite BBQ place! We've been to several locations and it's consistently good! The warm rolls are the best! Some our favorites are the ribs, trip tip and brisket. The sides they offer are amazing! We love them all! So many choices to choose from and they are all delicious. Even the salads are great! Our server was on top of it and refilled our drinks. I highly recommend trying Wood Ranch if you want some Good food!
